Tuesday, January 10, 11:15 a.m.: I’m in Seaman’s Hardware store, checking with Carlos Comparan about referee schedules for the upcoming home games with ACS (which were canceled the next day). Carlos is one of the few brave young men willing to don the stripes and feel the heat out on CHS Court, which speaks volumes about his character. Bendzak and I started tooting whistles here in 1972, and aren’t getting any younger.
