When Pam Moe was hired by the Cordova School District in 2004, she was told the alternative schooling program was hers to develop and expand. A Herculean task for some, but Pam had built a similar program as a teacher in West Virginia. She was up for the challenge, even if “building the program” eventually meant building an actual building.
