CVFD Explorers Billy Perry, Cody Howard, Steven Swartzbart and Chatham Warga responded to the house fire at 6-Mile, along with Gabrielle Brown, Casey Smyke, Lindsey Hammer, Casea Peterson, Sam Johnson and JD Stimson. Just as most of the town was getting back into the groove following the big Iceworm weekend, Cordova’s Volunteer Fire Department was called out at 9:04 a.m. Monday morning to respond to a significant house fire at the home of Skip and Robin Jensen out at 6-Mile.
