The Cordova Times - Icicle Seafoods reaches settlement with EPA on clean air violations

Icicle Seafoods Inc. has reached agreement with federal officials over violations of the Clean Water Act related to use of the refrigerant R-22, and agreed to pay a penalty of $430,000, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Aug. 10.
