The Cordova Times - Odyssey of the F/V Bomb Point

The F/V Bomb Point arrived in the Cordova boat harbor at 8 p.m. on June 24, 1976. A newly designed 36 foot fiberglass seiner, she had first touched the waters of Swinomish Slough in front of the Roberts Boat Works in LaConner, Washington, just nine days earlier. As is the case with probably every boat built, her completion date was behind schedule.
