Curtis Doughman and Pauline Bustillo of Anchorage announce the birth of their daughter, Cienna Faith Bustillo-Dougman. Cienna was delivered by Dr. A Gibbs on Sept. 21 at Providence Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska. She weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and measured 21-inches long. Cienna is welcomed by her proud grandparents Roger and Paz Bustillo, and Chris and Carrie Pasewalk.
