Shelly Dockins Kocan and Heath Quincy Kocan of Cordova announce the birth of their daughter Runa Mae Quincy Kocan. Runa was born at 11:51 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2016 at Geneva Woods Birth Center in Anchorage. She weighed 9.1 pounds and measured 21 inches in length. Runa Mae has a two-year-old sister, Cora Belle Kocan.
