Stuart, Lindskoog elected to lead SeaLife Center

 

Attorney Ryan Stuart, and Alaska Railroad Corp. executive Wendy Lindskoog, both of Anchorage, have been elected as chair and vice chair respectively of the Alaska SeaLife Center in Seward.

The ASLC also announced the recent addition of four new board members: Bridget Coughlin, Nicole Kimball, John Moore and S. Bradley Moran.

Coughlin is the president and chief executive officer of Shedd Aquarium in Chicago.

She was formerly vice president of strategic partnerships and programs and adjunct curator at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

Kimball is vice president of Alaska operations for the Pacific Seafood Processors Association. She served previously as federal fisheries coordinator for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, and also on the staff of the North Pacific Fishery Management Council.

Moran is the dean of the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Prior to that, he was a professor of oceanography at the University of Rhode Island for 22 years.
