Letters to the editor: Feb. 3

Giving thanks

Many thanks to all of the Cordova fishermen who came to Ralph’s Celebration of Life.  Ralph was blessed to have you all as friends. Some of you traveled many miles to pay your respects. I feel privileged to know you all. Thanks also to all who sent cards and financial donations.

Thank you, Cordova

How could I begin to thank you for the support, love and caring you’ve sent me over the many miles and tears?

In my grief, all I’ve been able to do is read your cards; all other mail went by the wayside.

They’ve lifted me up, made me sad, then glad, then grateful.  Grateful for such a welcoming home.

I’m seeing all your beautiful faces- rereading them and in this sacred way, each one reveals the beauty of the sender.

With love in gratitude and joy,
