Law & Order: April 28-May 4

The following incidents were reported to the Cordova Police Department between 428-17 thru 5-4-17. Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendant and/or defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

APRIL 28, Friday:

8:28 p.m. Caller reported a domestic dispute happening across the street from them. Officer responded and separated the parties.  

APRIL 29, Saturday: 

12:39 p.m. Caller requested an ambulance for a man having an allergic reaction. Ambulance responded transporting the patient to CCMC. 10:58 p.m. Caller requested an ambulance for a woman having a seizure. Ambulance responded.

Nothing to report.

MAY 1, Monday:

5:35 p.m. Caller reported her daughter was being harassed. Officer responded and case is under investigation. 10:48 p.m. Caller requested an ambulance for his friend who received a laceration on his hand. Ambulance responded transporting the patient to CCMC.

MAY 2, Tuesday:

4:59 p.m. Caller reported people illegally camping at the bunny hill on Ski Hill. Officer responded and requested the campers to leave.

MAY 3, Wednesday: 

8:41 p.m. Caller requested an officer because someone had been assaulted. Officer responded and the case is under investigation.

MAY 4, Thursday:

1:45 p.m. Officer arrested Jack Reilly, age 38 of Cordova Alaska, for violating his Probation.

NOTES FROM CORDOVA DMV:

DMV HOURS:  Tuesday – Thurs from 8am to 3:00pm unless otherwise posted.  Motorcycle testing is still available, weather permitting. DMV has moved to 602 Railroad Ave.  Payments now accepted for dog licenses, ATV/snow machine registrations, citations.
