Proposals for change in migratory bird subsistence harvest regulations for the 2019 April-August season may be submitted through Dec. 15 for consideration by the Alaska Migratory Bird Co-Management Council at its April meeting.

Petitions are also being accepted during this open period to request a change in “included/excluded” community status for the 2019 harvest season. A detailed description of the process for community petitioning is available on the same website.
All proposals and petitions regarding changes to 2019 harvest regulations are to be reviewed and acted on at the April 2018 meeting.
