Cordova’s youth will have the opportunity to learn to ski and snowboard on the bunny hill at the Mt. Eyak Ski Hill on Saturday, March 10 during a Youth Ski and Snowboard Open House.
A group of Cordova skiers and snowboarders are hosting the event to help introduce kids to winter sports.
Volunteers are hosting two sessions:
Kindergarten through fifth grade from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Grades 6-12 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The cost for ski or snowboard rental and rope tow during the open house is $5.
