Friends and family gathered in the Cordova Center on March 15 to watch elected candidates complete their oath of office.
As each candidate approached the front of the room, Mayor Clay Koplin greeted them with a warm smile and began reading the oath of office.
Around 15 people gathered to watch the ceremony, often taking photographs as each candidate was sworn into office.
The council thanked Councilman Robert Beedle for his time and service on the board. “Study hard, pay attention, you can do a lot of good., Beedle told the newly elected officials. “Thank you, all.”
