Law & Order: April 13-19

The following incidents were reported to the Cordova Police Department between 4-13-18 thru 4-19-18. Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendant and/or defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.   

APRIL 13, Friday:

1:09 p.m. Individual found a debit card in front of a business. Card was taken in.

APRIL 14, Saturday:

Nothing to report.

APRIL 15, Sunday:

4:00 a.m. Caller reported a vehicle driving up Ski Hill Road with a flat tire. Officer responded finding the vehicle parked. 12:20 p.m. Caller reported their vehicle had been backed into during the night. Officer responded investigating the situation. 6:16 p.m. Caller reported being harassed by his neighbor. Officer responded speaking to both parties.

APRIL 16, Monday:

Caller reported being bitten by a dog. Officer responded giving the owner a citation.

APRIL 17, Tuesday:

Nothing to report.

APRIL 18, Wednesday:

Nothing to report.

APRIL 19, Thursday:

8:50 a.m. Caller requested an ambulance for a male with a laceration to his face. Ambulance responded transporting the man to CCMC.

NOTES FROM CORDOVA DMV:

DMV HOURS: From 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday unless otherwise posted. Motorcycle testing is still available, weather permitting. DMV has moved to 602 Railroad Ave.  Payments now accepted for dog licenses, ATV/snow machine registrations, citations.
