On Monday, May 7, 2018, Iris Jane Arvidson passed away at the age of 82, surrounded by family.
Iris was born on June 1, 1935 in Cordova, to John and Else Rosswog. It was there that she met George Arvidson and they were married in Bend, OR in 1956. A true lover of recreation, Iris was a biker, hiker and skier. She had ridden more miles around Bend than she had driven and spent up to 60 days each year on Mt. Bachelor until the age of 75.
She will be lovingly remembered by George, her husband of 61 years, her two sons, Steve and Mike, her four grandchildren, Megan, Lindsay, Rheannon and Jane, and her brother Frank.
