The Water Division of the Cordova Public Works Department is reminding residents to leave water trickling to prevent pipes from freezing during this winter season.
They recommend leaving 1/16-inches of water running, even on warmer days, as the frost reaches deep into the ground where pipes may be.
This helps prevent pipes from bursting.
