Trident’s Protein Noodles take top honors

Trident Seafoods’ Protein Noodles, made from wild Alaska Pollock, have won the grand prize in the 2019 Alaska Symphony of Seafood, the Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation announced on Feb. 19 in Juneau. The product, which also won first prize in retail competition, and was honored with the Seattle People’s Choice award, is fully cooked and ready to serve hot or cold in a variety of serving suggestions ranging from mixed with chicken and coconut curry sauce to as an addition to soups or salads.
