Board members of the Prince William Sound Regional Citizens Advisory Council have elected city of Homer representative Robert Archibald as president, and former president Amanda Bauer, representative for the city of Valdez, as vice president.
Wayne Donaldson, for the city of Kodiak, and Bob Shavelson, representing the Oil Spill Region Environmental Coalition, were re-elected as treasurer and secretary, respectively.
Also elected were three members-at-large, including Peter Anderson of the Chugach Alaska Corp., Thane Miller, representing Prince William Sound Aquaculture Corp., and Rebecca Skinner, representing the Kodiak Island Borough.
The council announced the executive board election results on May 6 and extended its thanks to many volunteers from all over the Exxon Valdez oil spill region.
