Law & Order: May 3-9

The following incidents were reported to the Cordova Police Department between 5-03-19 thru 5-09-19. Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendant and/or defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

MAY 03, Friday:

12:29 a.m. Caller reported they had been assaulted by their neighbor. An ambulance responded to the residence and transported a victim to the hospital. This incident is under investigation.

MAY 04, Saturday:

2:09 a.m. Caller requested an ambulance for a family member. An ambulance responded to the residence and transported the patient to the hospital.  

MAY 05, Sunday:

6:43 a.m. Caller reported a hit and run incident. An officer is investigating this incident.

MAY 06, Monday:

7:32 p.m. Caller reported somebody was trying to kick down their door. An officer responded and determined that two neighbors were having a verbal dispute and that no break-in had occurred. The officer asked the parties to separate.

MAY 07, Tuesday:

11:23 p.m. Caller requested an ambulance. The ambulance responded to the residence and transported the patient to the hospital.

MAY 08, Wednesday:

4:35 a.m. CCMC requested an ambulance transport a patient to the 13-mile airport. The ambulance responded to the hospital and transported the patient.

MAY 09, Thursday:

Nothing to report.

NOTES FROM CORDOVA DMV:

DMV HOURS: From 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday unless otherwise posted. DMV has moved to 602 Railroad Ave. Payments now accepted for dog licenses, ATV/snow machine registrations and citations.
