Rainy day after school activities for the Solberg and Reynolds families on Wednesday, May 15 included testing their survival suits in Lake Eyak at Skater’s Cabin.

Julie Reynolds said all the kids did well, floating on their backs, while staying warm and dry.

Reynolds said that the Cordova School District, which teaches kids how to use survival suits in swim class, would welcome donations of child size survival suits, as they only have only five.
