Louis Kemp Crab Delights, a member of the Trident Seafoods family of brands, has a new official brand ambassador in celebrity chef Nancy Fuller, star of the Food Network’s popular cooking show Farmhouse Rules.

The partnership, announced on June 13 in Seattle by Trident Seafoods, will put Fuller in advertising and promotional campaigns for Louis Kemp Crab Delights.

“The product is designed with nutrition and versatility in mind and appeals to many people, in many great tasting recipes, some of which I have been making for years,” Fuller said. “I’m proud to be a spokesperson for this great brand made with wild Alaska Pollock, which is the most sustainable fish on the planet.”

Mike Campanile, senior marketing manager for consumer brands at Trident Seafoods, said the company looks forward to helping Fuller bring recipe innovation and creativity, as well as new consumers, to the surimi seafood category.

“And her Louis Kemp Crab ‘Delight-Fuller’ dip is heavenly, by the way,” Campanile said.

Trident Seafoods, a vertically integrated harvester, processor and marketer of wild Alaska seafoods, was founded in 1973. Trident now operates a fleet of over 40 vessels, including floating processors, catcher-processors, fishing boats and support vessels, and partners with hundreds of independent harvesters. Trident has onshore facilities including processing plants in over a dozen Alaska communities, including Cordova, Akutan, Chignik, False Pass, Ketchikan Kodiak, Naknek, Petersburg, Sand Point, St. Paul and Wrangell.
