Law & Order: June 21-27

The following incidents were reported to the Cordova Police Department between 6-21-19 thru 6-27-19. Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendant and/or defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

JUNE 21, Friday: 

9:03 a.m. Caller reported he heard a loud motorcycle on Whitshed Road, and it seemed like it was traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer patrolled the area but was unable to find any motorcyclist in the area. 

JUNE 22, Saturday:

7:56 a.m. Caller reported an assault. An officer responded to the scene and spoke with all parties involved. This incident is currently under investigation.

JUNE 23, Sunday:

Nothing to report.

JUNE 24, Monday:

Nothing to report.

JUNE 25, Tuesday:

12:07 a.m. Caller requested an ambulance. The ambulance responded and transported the patient to the hospital. 3:14 p.m. CCMC requested an ambulance to transport a patient to the 13-mile airport. 7:28 p.m. Caller requested an officer remove a trespasser from their property. An officer responded and trespassed the individual. 10:30 p.m. Caller requested an ambulance. An officer and an ambulance responded to the scene and transported the patient to the hospital. 10:59 p.m. Caller requested an ambulance. An ambulance and an officer responded to the scene and transported the patient to the hospital.

JUNE 26, Wednesday:

5:47 a.m. Caller requested an ambulance. An officer responded to the scene and transported the patient to the hospital. 

JUNE 27, Thursday:

Nothing to report.   

DMV HOURS:

From 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday unless otherwise posted. DMV has moved to 602 Railroad Ave. Payments now accepted for dog licenses, ATV/snow machine registrations and citations.
