Public comment is being sought on the proposed Alaska Marine Highway System schedule for October 2019 through April 2020.
The proposed schedule is available online with accompanying documents at dot.state.ak.us/amhs/share/schedule/considerations.pdf.
The proposed schedule is based on current funding levels for fiscal year 2020, state officials said.
Written comments are being accepted on or before July 26, via email at dot.amhs.comments@alaska.gov and by fax at (907) 228-6873.
The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities has also scheduled a teleconference to hear comments and consider adjustments July 29 at 10 a.m. for Southeast Alaska schedules and at 1:30 p.m. for Southwest and Southcentral schedules.
