Letter to the Editor: Thank you, Cordova

Thank you, Cordova, for supporting the hospital auxiliary by buying tickets for our salmon raffle.

The winner of the king salmon was Janice Warga and the two red salmon was Donita Shaw in California. Thanks to Trident Seafoods South for filleting the reds and boxing them up to send to California. Thanks to the Moose Lodge for the use of their gaming permit.

The purpose of raising money is to purchase birthday and Christmas gifts for the long-term care patients at the hospital, and also for other items for the long-term care patients that are not covered by hospital funds.

A big thank you to Laura and Hassan Bowman, and Sharon Ermold for their work on the flower beds around the hospital.

—Joy Rawlin

President, Cordova Community Medical Center Auxiliary
