The following incidents were reported to the Cordova Police Department between Dec. 13-19. Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendant and/or defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Friday, Dec. 13
Nothing to report.
Saturday, Dec. 14
10:34 a.m. Caller reported a vicious dog that had been attacking people and animals around the neighborhood. An officer responded and is currently investigating the report.
Sunday, Dec. 15

Monday, Dec. 16
Nothing to report.
Tuesday, Dec. 17
10:14 p.m. Caller reported a vehicle overturned on Whitshed road. The Fire Department and an officer responded to the accident.
Wednesday, Dec. 18
3:19 a.m. CCMC requested an ambulance for transport to the airport.
Thursday, Dec. 19
3:00 a.m. Caller reported a theft from several vehicles in front of the Moose Lodge on Second street. An officer is currently investigating this report. 7:03 a.m. Caller reported somebody was destroying his house. An officer arrived and arrested Jordan Lee Kompkoff, age 32 of Cordova Alaska, for criminal mischief.
