Make Cordova count at
Completing a 10-minute survey online will help secure federal funding for Cordova in education, health care, transportation and energy infrastructure projects. To-date, Cordova has less than 40 percent participation. The Census Bureau is scheduled to complete their work by Sept. 30, with a rural Alaska deadline set for Aug. 31. Curbside book delivery
The Cordova Public Library offers curbside delivery from 8-10:30 a.m. and 4-6:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday outside the library by the drop box near the rear door. Go to to find their catalog and email your book requests to or call 907-424-6667 and leave a voice message. Staff will bag your items and give you a call to schedule a pickup time. Items can be returned in the drop box.

The city of Cordova COVID-19 Public Information Team will be hosting a new livestreamed Community Update at 4 p.m. every Tuesday.
