To the editor,
I’m writing to thank Dr. Hannah Sanders publicly for the medical leadership (as CCMC Hospital Administrator) and care with which she has gifted this community!
She makes a special commitment to the long-term care residents of the Cordova Community Medical Center, although of course her medical expertise and studied assessment of conditions during the coronavirus pandemic have benefited everyone in Cordova.
I know she has spent hours beyond the regular workday reviewing research papers on the virus, responding to patients, even following up remarks made on Facebook to make sure people feel heard and are getting accurate information. Her family deserves recognition too for making the move back to Cordova and supporting her in supporting us.
If you see them around town, I hope you can take a moment to say thank you to Dr. Hannah, Eric, Sal and Kalys!
