20th virus case is Cordova resident

Cordova reported its 20th case of the novel coronavirus Friday, Oct. 2. The coronavirus-positive individual is a Cordova resident, officials said. The city’s medical response team is identifying and notifying individuals who had contact with the coronavirus-positive person.

The city’s most recent previous virus case, identified Sept. 8, was a non-resident. Of the 20 cases identified so far, 10 have been residents and 10 have been non-residents.
