Cordova reports 35th virus case

Cordova reported its 35th case of the novel coronavirus Friday, Oct. 16, the second case identified that day. The newly identified case is a Cordova resident. October has seen a jump in local coronavirus infections, with 16 new cases reported.

Of the 35 cases reported so far, 22 have been Cordova residents and 13 have been non-residents. As of Oct. 16, 22 of those cases have recovered. There have been no local coronavirus cases requiring hospitalization.
