Hiram and Kellie (Fisher) Arnaud of Forest Hills, New York announce the birth of their daughter Eliana Mercedes Arnaud. Elaina was born on Monday, July 26. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 20 and one quarter inches in length. Maternal Grandparents are Bill and Michele Fisher of Cordova and Antonio and Sonia Arnaud.
