Food Network chef Nancy Fuller, host of the television series Farmhouse Rules, will deliver the keynote address at the third annual meeting of the Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers, to be held virtually on Oct. 27.
Fuller partnered with GAPP and Trident Seafoods last year to introduce surimi seafood game day recipes to consumers during the Super Bowl season. She will be speaking about what she learned from that campaign and offering advice on the future of surimi seafood products
Fuller also worked previously with Trident to promote its Louis Kemp Crab Delights line of products, creating recipes like Buffalo Crab Dip for Super Bowl fans to enjoy during the game.
Fuller said she feels there is a lot of opportunity for surimi seafood products, the challenge being how do familiarize people with the ingredients.
