Conference playoffs seeding announced with Cordova girls at No. 4 and boys No. 3

Following completion of regular season play, seedings for the upcoming Interior Conference Playoffs at Tok were announced on Sunday, March 6.

The Cordova girls were seeded No. 4, and will face No. 5 Tok at 9 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022. The winner of that game will face No. 1 seed SuValley later that day at 3 p.m., with the loser resuming action at noon Friday.

The Cordova boys were seeded No. 3, and will play No. 6 Effie Kokrine at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 10. The winner of that game will advance to face the winner of the No. 2 SuValley versus No. 7 Nenana at 7:30 p.m., while the loser will resume play at 10:30 p.m. Friday.

Play will continue under the double elimination format through Saturday, March 11, with the winner and runner-up advancing to the State 2A Tournament March 17-19 in Anchorage.

All the games will be streamed live from Tok.
