A note from the publisher, Rachel Kallander: On this day, December 2, 1914, the first edition of the Cordova Daily Times was published. That first issue covered the early days of World War l, and more than 100 years later, the newspaper continues to serve Cordovans. While we no longer publish a daily print edition, we continue to search for the stories that matter most to everyone in Prince William Sound and to Alaskans. Cheers to 108 years, and many more!
