The Cordova Chamber of Commerce is hosting a networking mixer from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Reluctant Fisherman.
This special Women in Business edition of the Chamber’s Business Beers will be held in celebration of International Women’s Day and will honor Cordovan women in business. Drinks, appetizers, and resources for women-led businesses will be provided at this free event.
The intention of this event is for local women in business to share their experiences and expertise with one another.
“Cordova is brimming with vibrant and hard-working female leaders, and we’re excited to celebrate them,” said Chamber Director Cathy Renfeldt. “All are welcome to come share community and lift up our women-led businesses and organizations at this inclusive event.”
The Chamber has four primary program areas — in economic development, quality of life, destination marketing, and business support. The Chamber also runs the Cordova Visitor Center.
