Vehicle Disposal Day

A free Vehicle Disposal Day will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at the 17 Mile Landfill. A Refuse Department employee must inspect the vehicle prior to its arrival at the landfill. Vehicles must be drained of all fluids, have interiors clear of any garbage/hazardous materials, and the battery must be removed. The department will not pick up any vehicles.
