Emergency response training
The Cordova Volunteer Fire Department and the Department of Homeland Security and Environmental Management is partnering to offer a Community Emergency Response Team Training (CERT) for the City of Cordova. The course will educate community members who are interested in volunteering in an emergency, including fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization and disaster medical operations.
