Katie Stone and Ted Velasco of Cordova announce the birth of their daughter Eirene Belle Stone Velasco. Eirene Belle was delivered by midwife Lori Swain at 8:38 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, at Legacy Birthing Center in Silverton, Ore. She weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces and measured 21 inches in length. Proud grandparents are Tim and Kathy Dupea of Salem, Ore. and Rhey and Lily Velasco of Cordova.
