ASMI produces new salmon buyer’s guide

A new Salmon Buyer’s Guide, to help inform buyers about Alaska salmon harvesting, processing, quality and commitment to sustainable seafood, has been produced by the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute.

Members of ASMI’s salmon and technical committees contributed to the revision of this 20-page guide, which includes sections on harvest areas, processing, nutrition, management of salmon fisheries and much more.
