I wish to extend my many thanks to the CEC crew who worked valiantly in the rain, wind and gloom for two days on the repair and restoration of the city tree! And they did a great job!
So, it is with a smile upon my face that I make my report on our lovely city tree tonight! She is a few feet shorter, but quite symmetrical and looking unscathed as she dances and sways with the gentle breezes, twinkling and gleaming and lighting up the evening, as she radiates Holiday Cheer! The festive lights of the lovely city tree have restored the Christmas Spirit to my windows once again and I must say she has also restored my holiday mood!
