Dave found his eternal hunting grounds on Dec. 31, 2018 while deer hunting on Hawkins Island. A GoFundMe account is set up to assist his loving daughter, Lily, with burial expenses and costs to ship him and his family heirlooms to her. Dave is remembered as always willing to help people with mechanical issues or odd projects with a huge smile or a giant scowl.
