CPD dispatch report – March 27, 2023 through April 2, 2023.

The following incidents were reported to the Cordova Police Department between March 27, 2023 through April 2, 2023. Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendant and/or defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MARCH 27, MONDAY:

  • At 12:53 a.m. an officer conducted a security check at the 13-mile airport.

MARCH 28, TUESDAY:

  • At 12:03 a.m. an officer conducted a security check at the 13-mile airport.
  • At 5:56 a.m. we received a fire alarm call at Trident Seafoods, the responsible party was contacted and advised that it was a false alarm.

MARCH 29, WEDNESDAY:

  • At 1:18 a.m. an officer conducted a security check at the 13-mile airport.
  • At 3:54 p.m. a caller requested an ambulance for a vehicle hitting a pedestrian. An officer and the ambulance responded and transported the patient to the hospital.
  • At 5:33 p.m. a caller reported a noise complaint. An officer was advised.

MARCH 30, THURSDAY:

  • At 2:33 a.m. an officer conducted a security check at the 13-mile airport.

MARCH 31, FRIDAY:

  • At 7:48 a.m. a caller requested an ambulance, an ambulance responded.
  • At 12:11 p.m. a caller requested an ambulance for a woman who had collapsed. An ambulance responded.
  • At 6:26 p.m. a caller reported a fire alarm at the AC building, a walkthrough was done, and the fire alarm reset.
  • At 8:55 p.m. a caller reported a loud bang occurred and had been heard the previous night. An officer was notified.
  • At 11:44 p.m. an officer conducted a security check at the 13-mile airport.

APRIL 1, SATURDAY: 

  • At 1:22 a.m. a caller requested an ambulance as his leg had swollen. An ambulance responded.
  • At 9:32 a.m. a caller reported a noise complaint, his neighbor had been yelling. An officer was advised.
  • AT 10:47 a.m. a caller reported individuals trespassing through their property. An officer responded.
  • At 2:05 p.m. a caller requested an ambulance as his leg had swollen. An ambulance responded.

APRIL 2, SUNDAY:

  • At 1:56 a.m. a caller requested an ambulance as they were having heart problems. An ambulance responded.

DMV HOURS:  Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted. DMV has moved to 602 Railroad Ave. Payments now accepted for dog licenses, ATV/snow machine registrations, citations.
