Fillets of Copper River sockeye salmon were a hot seller at 10^th & M Seafoods in Anchorage on Saturday, May 27, of Memorial Day weekend. Sales of the fresh fillets, moving quickly at $18.95 a pound, and headed and gutted Copper River reds at $11.95 a pound, kept saleswoman Sandy Barker (pictured) and other employees busy.
