Registration has opened for the fifth annual meeting of the Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers, set for Sept. 28 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle.
The theme of the all-day 2023 event is “The People Behind Wild Alaska Pollock: Real Stories about the Fish and Fishery that Drive Global Demand.”
Speakers are to include celebrity chefs, key industry global customers, and GAPP partners, and cover important content including the latest research around consumer perceptions of Wild Alaska Pollock around the world, and fishery updates.
