Nick Carltikoff, of Nondalton, helped hand out dozens of small buckets at the Alaska Federation of Natives convention in Anchorage, urging the state’s Native population to vote in the general election on Nov. 6.
Carltikoff said he helped to start the Spirit Camp in Cordova, as an employee of Chugach Alaska Corp., and worked at the Spirit Camp for 23 years.
