Commentary: Kotsina River cleanup targets abandoned vehicles

If you’ve ever crossed the Copper River Bridge near Chitina, chances are you’ve noticed several half-buried vehicles, motorhomes and other junk upstream from the bridge, where the Kotsina River joins the Copper River.
