Bristol Bay Native Corp. announced on Dec. 12 that the company has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Environmental Resource Solutions, a full-service ecological consulting firm in Jacksonville, FL.
ERS will join the SpecPro Environmental Services Group of Companies under BBNC’s construction business line. ERS employs environmental scientists, ecologists, marine scientists, botanists, AutoCAD/GIS analysts, and wildlife biologists.
The acquisition was expected to be completed by Dec. 31.
Services provided by ERA includer wildlife hazard assessments and management plans; National Environmental Policy Act documentation preparation; preliminary biological assessments; wetlands and protected species permitting; wetland mitigation design and implementation; essential fish habitat analyses; project development and environmental studies; GIS analyses and mapping; FAA required continuous wildlife services for airports; and more.
