Sailings of the Alaska Marine Highway System’s ferry Matanuska were canceled through Aug. 20, after five passengers tested positive for COVID-19, but were to resume northbound from Bellingham on Friday, Aug. 21.
AMHS officials said all passengers were notified and being rebooked or refunded as needed, and the new sailing schedule was posted online at www.FerryAlaska.com
The new sailing schedule was also available from local terminals by dialing 907-465-3941 or toll-free at 1-800-642-0066.
