Around Town: Poetry Competition, New Year’s Torchlight Parade and Firework Show
The annual torchlight parade and firework show will begin 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at Mt. Eyak Ski Area, weather permitting. Come ring in the New Year with Cordova’s family-friendly celebration. Enjoy the rope-tow, a bonfire and warming hut will be open.
